Hello, I'm Bun-yoncé
I'm a 3-year-old Crossbreed from Newport rehoming, advice and behaviour unit and I'm looking for my forever home. Please read my profile below to find out more.
About me
Bun-yoncé is a three year old rabbit with a gentle, reserved nature. She arrived after her previous owner could no longer care for a large group of rabbits, and she’s now looking for a calm, patient household where she can continue building confidence. She is “shy and reserved, and comfortable with handling when approached with care - however she will need consistent bonding to grow her confidence.
She enjoys spending time outdoors in her run and is especially motivated by her favourite foods. Her natural behaviours—such as jumping, hiding, digging, foraging, and exploring—are important to support, and she’ll thrive in an environment that allows her to express them freely.
Bun-yoncé could live with secondary school aged children who can handle her gently under adult supervision. She may also be suitable to pair with a neutered male rabbit, provided introductions are done gradually and thoughtfully.
She can live indoors or outdoors, as long as her accommodation meets the recommended minimum space of 3m x 2m x 1m and includes opportunities for exercise, enrichment, and safe hiding places. A run is required for outdoor setups, and her daily routine should include spot cleaning and fresh hay, greens, and enrichment activities.
If you’re looking for a rabbit who will blossom with steady, reassuring interaction and a well set up environment, Bun-yoncé may be a wonderful match.
