Meet our golden oldie, Pedro!

This gentleman is looking for a quieter home where he can spend his retiring days resting his paws and snoozing away with his new family. Pedro is looking for understanding owners who can support him as he adjusts to his new home where he can find his feet and reach his full purrtential.

Don’t be fooled by his age, Pedro is still full of surprises, and remains an active and focal member of the household. Pedro would ideally be the only pet in the home to allow him to grow in confidence, and because of this, Pedro is looking for a family with older children who can respect his space and allow him time to adjust to his new environment.

New sounds, smells and visitors can get a bit overwhelming for this sensitive soul, so it is important that his new family are understanding of this and can provide a safe and secure space for Pedro to come out of his shell. Once Pedro feels comfortable within a home, he is a very friendly boy, who will happily receive affection and show you the true warmth of a cat.

Age is just a number to this fella, and he still enjoys going outside to explore the great wild world. Pedro also enjoys the simple things in life and appreciates lying in bed with his owner and an occasional ham slice as a treat. Pedro is a true example of how there is no slowing down when it comes to savouring life’s simple pleasures.
