Make payment of a Legacy in a Will
As gifts in Wills are extremely important to Blue Cross and must be dealt with in accordance with Charity Commission requirements, we have a dedicated Legacy Administration Team who deal with all legacies kindly left to Blue Cross in Wills. Legacy payments are treated differently to general donations and cannot include Gift Aid, so we ask that payments are made through our Legacy Administration Team and not via the donation pages on our website.
Legacy payments can be made by cheque or bank transfer. Please contact the Legacy Administration Team who will request details of the deceased’s estate and advise where to send cheques or give bank details for Bank transfers. Once payment is received, the team will issue an official receipt signed by a Duly Authorised Officer of Blue Cross.
