Our three-year strategy
Our charity has launched our 2024 to 2026 strategy, called Our Focus, showing the steps we’re taking to help pets and people thrive together.
The next three years will be an exciting time as we continue to develop our veterinary services and help more pets through our rehoming and fostering work.
We’ll provide caring support to more people with our Pet Loss Support service, educate and share knowledge about responsible dog ownership, and ensure our day-to-day work is sustainable for the future.
Developing our teams, increasing our engagement and brand awareness, and gaining insight from technology and data will be key to us achieving our goals.
In the current climate, pet owners are experiencing many challenges. Our goals are centred on ensuring we have the greatest impact for both pets and people. Together, we’re creating a future where all pets enjoy a healthy and happy life with people who love them.
